Felicia is a Guyanese-born, award-winning journalist and founder of the minority-certified news, PR and advertising agency, Hard Beat Communications, Inc. She is a regular contributor on ethnic radio and television, including the BBC and CNN International; is the author of the syndicated 'Immigration Korner' column and has received many proclamations and community service awards for her contribution to the ethnic market, including the New York City Comptroller's award for “Caribbean American role model.”
Mr. Jared McCallister, Chairman
Jared brings over 20 years management and communications expertise to Hard Beat. He began his career in media in 1977, working his way up from a copy person to assistant news editor in Assistant News Editor and Caribbeat columnist at the New York Daily News paper. He holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Arts from St. John's, and completed a graduate fellowship in newspaper management from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Christopher has developed a track record of negotiating on behalf of Jamaican media and e-commerce businesses and introducing them to business opportunities around the world. He has over 15 years experience in large corporate banking in the Caribbean and the United States. This track record includes relationships that resulted in pioneering deals including
the broadcast of regional cricket in the United States and an online remittance service for a Jamaican based retailer. He is also Co-Chairman of the Philadelphia Organizing Committee of Team Jamaica Bickle, a New York Based organization that provides
transportation, food and accommodation for Jamaican high school athletes attending and competing at Penn Relays and a member of the board of The Business Center, a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania based business incubator. Chris earned a BSc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of The West Indies in St. Augustine, Trinidad and a MBA from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
